About Student Dormitory
After arriving in Japan, students will stay in the student dormitory. The dormitory is a shared house
with other international students, and room assignments cannot be chosen.
Please be considerate of neighbors.
Utility costs such as electricity, water, and gas used in the dormitory are the responsibility of the student.
Please try to conserve energy.
Dormitory Rules & Guidelines
Shared Living Rules & Prohibitions
- Be mindful of noise when using stairs, hallways, or talking late at night or early morning.
- Smoking, gambling, or similar activities inside rooms are prohibited.
- Religious solicitation, gatherings, or events are prohibited.
- Rent must be paid even during absence.
- Lending or borrowing money between residents is prohibited.
- Posting notices in shared areas is prohibited.
- Do not leave personal belongings in hallways or shared spaces.
- Illegal bicycle parking or leaving bicycles unattended is prohibited.
- Bringing electrical appliances such as TVs, refrigerators, or microwaves is prohibited.
- Changing rooms without permission from management is prohibited.
Safety, Health & Hygiene Rules
- Drinking alcohol and smoking inside the dormitory are prohibited.
- Keeping pets is prohibited.
- In case of emergency, contact the school immediately.
- Emergency exits must always be kept clear.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene through regular cleaning.
- Use of fire or open flames is prohibited.
- Modifying or dismantling facilities is prohibited.
Penalties
In the following cases, penalties or eviction from the dormitory may apply.
- Violation of dormitory rules
- Failure to pay rent
- Violent behavior
- Causing trouble to other students or neighbors
- Serious false declarations
